Your condition seems to be influenced by prolonged sitting, which can lead to weakening of muscles and joints, especially in the legs and back. Ayurvedic principles might offer some relief by addressing the root causes of these issues, possibly involving aggravation of the Vata dosha and weak Agni.

Firstly, focusing on improving your daily routine or ‘dinacharya’ may bring some improvement. Try incorporating a gentle morning exercise routine to strengthen leg muscles and improve mobility: simple pranayama and joint rotations can help. Walking or gentle yoga can be beneficial. Particular yoga asanas like Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Shalabhasana (Locust Pose), and Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) can aid in addressing the weakness in legs and back.

Diet also plays a vital role. Since belly fat may indicate an imbalance, a Kapha-calming diet is useful. Favor warm, light and stimulating foods. Avoid excessive consumption of dairy, sweets, and fried foods that could contribute to weight gain and sluggish digestion. Include spicing your meals with ginger, turmeric and black pepper to keep your digestive fire, or Agni, strong.

Regular abhyanga, or self-massage with warm sesame oil, can nourish tissues and support joint health. For your knees and lower back, application of warm Mahanarayan oil might provide some relief.

Lastly, maintain a routine that keeps you active throughout the day, taking short breaks from sitting, even for a few minutes. Try to find enjoyable activities that encourage mobility and engagement with your body.

Of course, sever or sudden changes should be evaluated by a healthcare professional - if symptoms increase, it’s important to seek immediate medical advice to exclude other conditions. But these steps may provide a gentle support aligned with the healing principles of Ayurveda.
