is corn good for fatty liver - #43778
I am really worried about my health lately. My doctor told me I have fatty liver, and I've been trying to make some lifestyle changes, like eating healthier and exercising more. I heard some people mention that corn can actually be good for fatty liver, but I’m not really sure if that’s true or not. I mean, I love corn! I could eat corn on the cob all summer long, but I dont want to make my condition worse or something. I read online that corn has fiber and nutrients, but then I also found out that it's high in sugar and carb count, which makes me doubt if corn is good for fatty liver issues. I tried asking my doctor about it, but she kinda rushed through our last appointment, and I just left feeling confused, ya know? It's like one minute you hear this is good, then the next thing someone is saying it's bad. What do you guys think? Is corn good for fatty liver or should I cut it out completely? Like, can I still enjoy my summer BBQs without worrying, or do I need to rethink my love for corn? Any insight you have would be super helpful! Thanks!
