I am suffering from Post chickengunea arthritis. Please suggest Ayrvedic medicines for pain mangement and permannet cure.

It is also crucial to maintain a regular routine of light exercises or yoga to improve flexibility. Poses like Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) may be beneficial. Always listen to your body and avoid overexertion.

Remember to manage stress, as it can aggravate vata and worsen symptoms. Meditative practices like Pranayama (breathing exercises) can be helpful. Practicing them every morning for 10-15 minutes can bring a sense of calm and balance to your day.
