Right foot mai lakho dard aur discomfort ki wajah se daily tasks mushkil ho sakti hain. Ayurvedic perspective se, yeh dard vaat dosha ki imbalance ki wajah se ho sakta hai, jo ki nerves, muscles, aur joints pe asar daalta hai.

Sabse pehle to din ka schedule thoda adjust karke physical activities ko thoda kam karen aur achi tarah se rest lein. Halka garam paani aur epsom salt se foot bath bhi helpful hai, isse blood circulation aur relaxation milega.

Dietary changes mein, anti-inflammatory aur vaat shamak foods ka istimaal kijiye, jaise ki adrak, haldi, aur saunth (dry ginger). Organic ghee ki bhi choti quantity roz ka khana me include karein.

Ek abhyanga, yaani full body massage, sesame ya mustard oil se, haftay mein do teen baar karne se bhi relaxation milta hai. Agar abhyanga karna mushkil ho to, sirf affected area pe oil massage kariye. Sosiçãoale tme duration chota rakhiye, kyunki zyda oil rukhne se humayisha vaata nahi balance hota hai.
