Hastmaithun ke zyada pratiyog ke karan sharir mein kamzori mahsoos ho sakti hai. Pehli baat yeh samjhe ki hathmaithun ek swabhavik prakriya hai lekin addhikata se iske kuch pratikool prabhav ho sakte hain jise Ayurved ke madhyam se samjha ja sakta hai. Sharir ki samanya sthiti ko theek rakhne ke liye dosho ka santulan bahut mahatvapurn hai.
Aapne yr batay ki Ayurvedic dawa apko hajam nahi hoti, yeh apki agni yaani digestion fire ki kamzori ka sanket hai. Isse theek karne ke liye kuch aahar-vihaar sujhav apnana upyukt hoga:
1. Pachak Agni ko sudharne ke liye: Aap gharajwan jal ko rozana subah-khalipet peeye. Iska tapt gun prabhav pachan prakriya ko tej karta hai. Iske alawa, jeera aur adrak ka paani kheechne se bhi labh hoga.
2. Ahar mein samajhdari: Sheeta (cold) aur guru (heavy) bhojan se duri banayein, jaise doodh aur dahi. Garam, poshtik aur laghu (light) bhojan jese moong dal, lauki, tori, nashte mein kehchari lena behtar hoga.
3. Rasanayaan aur tonic: Aswagandha churun aur shatavari le sakte hain, dono hi balya aur shukraghata ko kam karne mein madadgar hai. Aswagandha 1 teaspoon dudh ke saath raat mein liye ja sakte hain.
4. Vihar aur dinacharya: Thodi si vyayam, jab tak suvidha ho, roj ki dincharya mein jodna chahiye. Shithilikaran ke liye yog aur pranayam bhi labhdayak hain, vishesh roop se anulom-vilom aur bhramari.
Sabse pehle, agar aapko sobhavat yan kisi karan ke wajah se sharir mein kafi kamzori mahsush ho, to nidhan hathmaithun ki bhranti ko thora kam karein. Yadi aapko koi vyaktigat tanu kali nahi mil raha hai, kisi ayurvedic chikitsak se mil ke adhik vishtar se jaankari lein. Agar koi gambhir samasya hai to tathyapurn maargadarshan awashyak hoga.
Frequent bowel movements and weakness can be a sign of an underlying imbalance in your body according to Siddha-Ayurvedic principles. It’s important to address this through appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes.
Firstly, consider your digestive fire or agni. If you are unable to digest Ayurvedic medicines, it might be due to weak agni. Focus on consuming lighter foods that are easy to digest and can help stabilize your digestive system. Start your day with a glass of warm water to stimulate digestion. Include ginger in your meals, as it is known to kindle agni.
Addressing mental stress is equally crucial. Practices like Pranayama (yogic breathing) and meditation can help calm the mind and reduce stress, which in turn, can improve your digestion and overall vitality.
To strengthen the bones and overall physical strength, incorporate a diet rich in calcium and vitamin D. Include foods like sesame seeds, almonds, and leafy greens. Regular sun exposure for 15-20 minutes daily can also help enhance your vitamin D levels naturally.
An imbalance in doshas, particularly a vata imbalance, often causes weakness in the body and joints. Abhyanga (oil massage) using warm sesame oil can help balance vata, strengthening the bones and joints. Apply warm oil to your body, leave it on for a minimum of 30 minutes before taking a warm shower.
If the weakness persists despite these measures, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out any serious conditions. Keep an eye on your energy levels and overall health as you make these adjustments.
