Helo sir, Saikumar, 23 years . Am suffering withL4- S1DiscBulge proble. From the last one year. Lower back and left leg pain while in walking. Kindly provide information about trayodashang guggul..for my spine problem

Seeking guidance on Trayodashang Guggul.

Am saikumar, 23 fromTelangana.

From the past one year am suffering with L5 - S1 discbulge problem according to mri scan.

Symptoms: Lower back pain in sitting and left leg pain while walking and some relief in sleeping and lying on bed stage.

Seeking information ; 1. Is trayodashang guggul best for my problem ?If better provide some guidance on using !

and kindly mention which brand is better to buy . Pls pls 🙏🏻
