Inquiry about Trayodashang Guggul for L5-S1 Disc Bulge - #45325

Seeking guidance on Trayodashang Guggul. Am saikumar, 23 fromTelangana. From the past one year am suffering with L5 - S1 discbulge problem according to mri scan. Symptoms: Lower back pain in sitting and left leg pain while walking and some relief in sleeping and lying on bed stage. Seeking information ; 1. Is trayodashang guggul best for my problem ?If better provide some guidance on using ! 2. If it's not enough advice with some ayurvedic medicine for best results without side effects. Looking forward for your kind response.

Sometimes through simple things like castor oil packs, or subtle shifts in routine, other times I may recommend herbs or formulations. To be honest, I’m still learning—Ayurveda’s depth is huge, and I feel like I’m just getting started. Dear mam, Thanks for the response 🙏🏻

Mri scan impression: Lumbarization of S1 vertebra Diffuse L5-S1 disc bulge with posterior annular tear , posterocentral disc protrusion and extrusion and caudal migration of disc by 6.8mm causing compression on bilateral S1 traversing nerve roots.

Doctor recommendation for surgery but am not interested in surgery looking forward for non surgical procedures and ayurvedic medicine.

Current symptoms: Left leg pain while in walking ( mrng low & Evng to night little high)(unable to freely walk 15 - 20 steps without pain. And lower back pain while in sitting and relax and better feel while in lying on bed or in sleeping state.

Kindly let me know : Which brand of trayodashang guggul and yogiraj gugual product . Kindly Mention the medicine name with brand name . Kindly mention clearly : using manuel and product brands.

Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.
