Your issues with acne, scars, hair fall, and greying suggest an imbalance of Pitta and Vata doshas with possible toxin build-up (Ama). Here's a holistic Ayurvedic approach: For Acne and Scars Internal Remedies: Neem Capsules: Take 1 capsule twice daily to purify blood. Guduchi Powder: Mix 1 tsp in warm water, drink daily to balance Pitta. Hydrate well and avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods. Topical Application: Kumkumadi Tailam: Apply a few drops to scars at night. Aloe Vera Gel with Turmeric: Use as a daily face mask. Steam your face weekly with neem leaves in water to cleanse pores. For Hair Fall and Greying Internal Remedies: Bhringraj Powder: Take 1 tsp with warm water daily for hair health. Amla Juice: 20 ml every morning to nourish hair and slow greying. Include ghee in your diet for Vata balance. Topical Application: Bhringraj Oil or Amla Oil: Massage scalp 2–3 times a week. Rinse hair with hibiscus or neem-infused water after washing. Lifestyle Tips Practice Shirodhara therapy or head massage for relaxation. Avoid stress, caffeine, and excessive heat exposure. Sleep well and include yoga and Pranayama like Sheetali to cool Pitta. For severe issues, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized therapies like Panchakarma.
