Triphala and Guggul are indeed powerful herbs in Ayurveda, frequently used for various health concerns, including digestion, detoxification, and inflammation. However, considering you are taking Jadopa Trio for diabetes and Cetanil T for blood pressure, it’s crucial to approach this combination thoughtfully. Triphala has mild laxative properties and can aid in detoxifying the body, supporting healthy digestion, which might indirectly benefit your diabetes management by improving overall metabolic rate. But be cautious because sometimes it can affect blood sugar levels. Monitor your blood sugar levels more frequently due to potential interactions.

Guggul, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, may support joint health and potentially alleviate knee and shoulder pain. However, Guggul can sometimes interfere with lipid metabolism and blood pressure regulation, so combining with Cetanil T should be done under supervision.

Firstly, start with a low dosage, say 1/2 teaspoon of Triphala powder in warm water before bedtime, to monitor its effects on your digestion and blood sugar. With Guggul, it might be prudent to consult your healthcare provider first—considering its impact on your current medication and health conditions. If cleared, you might start with a minimal dosage, like 250mg to 500mg of Guggul, again observing any changes in your symptoms or medication side effects.

Keep a close eye on any fluctuations in your blood pressure and glucose levels. Incorporating a consistent exercise routine, alongside your Ayurvedic herbs, can also help manage arthritis symptoms. But, do speak with a healthcare professional before embarking on these herbs—specially in the context of existing medication. Practical adherence to these precautions ensures safety and efficacy in managing your condition.
