Namaste. Keloids are linked to Pitta imbalance and Rakta Dushti. Herbs: Apply Aloe vera gel mixed with turmeric daily. Take Manjishtha capsules (500 mg twice daily) for blood purification. Diet: Avoid spicy foods, and drink fresh coriander juice daily.

Hey, keloids are definitely challenging, but let's see what Ayurveda can do for you. If you’re dealing with those pesky keloids because of pitta, we gotta calm that fire energy, right? Kata was mentioning that. When pitta's out of balance, it tends to overheat our system, leading to such skin issues. Now, for creams, while Ayurveda doesn’t really go with your standard creams stuff, there are a few things you could try. Manjistha (Indian madder) might be something to look into. There are ayurvedic oils, like Kumkumadi tailam, which is traditionally said to be helpful. It’s basically an oil that's known for managing skin texture and color. Try applying it gently on your hands every night before sleep. Use just a few drops, massage it in lightly, like soothing those keloids to cool off! But of course check with an Ayurvedic specialist near you to be sure it suits your prakriti. Also, since it's pitta-related, think cooling! Refreshing your daily routine could actually help your skin. Include cooling foods like cucumber, coconut water, and aloe vera. Aloe vera’s gel can be directly applied to the keloids too, just a casual layer, twice a day maybe? It has such a calming effect. Lastly, avoid spicy and fried foods that might heat up your system more, and try some gentle yoga, or Pranayama breathing exercises to release any excess heat. Stress, odd enough, can elevate pitta too, so find some chill-out vibes, like music or meditation. Definitely keep an eye on how everything affects you, and in case things get worse or you're ever unsure, don't hesitate to consult a healthcare provider. Safety first, always.
