Doctors' responses
Skin rashes that started after Kumbh Mela and are persisting despite allopathic treatment usually indicate that the problem is not only on the skin but deep rooted inside the body, Crowded environments, long travel change in water ,food hygiene and climate often disturb digestion and internal balance and sometimes introduce hidden infections or toxins which later express through the skin
The fact that certain foods trigger your rashes and there is itching suggests internal heat impaired digestion and accumulation of unwanted substances in the system When digestion is weak ,the body tries to push toxins out through the skin leading to recurrent rashes itching and discomfort External creams suppress symptoms temporarily but do not correct the internal cause which is why relief has not been lasting
First focus on food because this is the main trigger Avoid spicy ,fried ,fermented ,sour foods ,packaged food ,excess sugar ,bakery items ,curd at night seafood and peanuts Reduce very hot foods like chilies garlic excess onion Prefer simple freshly cooked meals rice ,moong dal ,vegetables ,bottle gourd ,ridge gourd pumpkin ,carrot bitter gourd Drink enough water, avoid ice cold drinks
Avoid harsh soaps ,hot water scrubbing or frequent changing of products Use lukewarm water for bathing and keep the skin moisturized with a mild oil if dryness is present
Along with lifestyle correction ayurvedic medicines are needed to purify the blood c
Neem tablets 1 tab twice daily after food Manjistha aristha 4 tsp with equal water twice daily after meals Haridra khand 1/2 tsp before meals If acidity or bloating is present then can take Avipattikara churna 1/2 tsp before food
Usually itching reduces first then frequency of rashes decreases and skin starts calming over a few weeks Consistency for at least eight to twelve weeks is required
Avoid self mixing multiple medicines or frequently changing treatments If rashes are spreading rapidly associated with fever discharge or severe burning then direct examination is needed
Your skin is communicating an internal imbalance Once digestion and internal cleanliness improve the skin will naturally heal and stabilize with patience and proper guidance
