You should take Ajmodadi ghanvati or Ajmodadi churna will solve your problem.
Pathyadi Vati is mainly used for headache, migraine and eye-related Pitta disorders. It is not a standard medicine for abdominal pain, gas or bloating. If you are getting some relief, it may be due to its Pitta-reducing and digestion supporting effect, but it is not the best or specific medicine for your problem. For night abdominal pain with trapped gas and bloating, usually Ayurvedic medicines Avipattikar Churna 1tsp Jeerakadyarishta 20ml BD Agnitundi Vati 1tab bd AF
Yes ,Pathyadi Vati is good & appropriate for your condition. Pathyadi Vati helps reduce gas, bloating, and gut spasms, which is why you’re feeling relief. Your symptoms sound gas-related / functional (like IBS), where it can ease discomfort. But: Severe night pain for 6+ months needs medical evaluation. Pathyadi Vati relieves symptoms, it does not treat the root cause. -Basic tests - Ultrasound whole abdomen Blood tests – CBC, CRP/ESR, lft
Hello Thanks for laying out everything so clearly. Having bad stomach pain with gas and bloating at night for over half a year sounds super rough. I’m glad you saw Pathyadi Vati helped a bit – that’s a good sign we’re on the right track! YOUR CONCERN You’re dealing with: • Really bad stomach pain that’s been going on for 6+ months • The pain gets worse at night when you’re lying down • Gas and bloating that gets trapped • Sudden, cramp-like pains • Lots of meds haven’t done anything • Pathyadi Vati makes the pain better This points to a functional gut thing, not a bug or ulcer. WHAT AYURVEDA SAYS It’s called: Udavarta + Pakwashaya Vata Basically: – Your digestion (Agni) isn’t strong –Food isn’t getting digested like it should – Gas is building up – Vata gets stuck – Pressure goes up – The pain hits when you lie down The colon is where Vata calms out – so gas there is why the night pain is so bad. WHY PATHYADI VATI HELPS Pathyadi Vati: –Gets rid of trapped gas –Chills out gut spasms – Moves Vata downward –Soothes the colon So yeah, it’s good for what you’ve got going on. Just Pathyadi alone won’t fix it for good, though. WHAT WE’RE TRYING TO DO • Stop gas from forming • Make your digestion stronger • Soothe your colon • Stop the night pain • Fix up your gut lining AYURVEDIC PLAN Keep taking Pathyadi Vati, 2 after dinner Add these: 1Hingwashtak Churna ½ tsp before lunch & dinner with warm water → Stops gas from forming 2 Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp at night → Clears out trapped acid 3.Triphala ½ tsp before bed → Heals the colon FOOD IS KEY ✅INCLUDE • Rice • Moong dal • Khichdi • Cooked veggies • Warm water AVOID - Curd - Bakery stuff - Raw salad - Cold drinks - Late dinners -Tea/coffee Try to eat before 7:30 PM. WHY NIGHTTIME? At night: • Vata goes up • Digestion slows down • Gas expands • Pain kicks in So when you eat matters even more than what meds you take. HOW LONG TIL YOU’RE BETTER? If you stick to it: • 2 weeks → you’ll feel 50% better • 4–6 weeks → the pain will stop • 2 months → your digestion will be back to normal You don’t have anything serious – it’s just Vata-gas being annoying, and Ayurveda is great at fixing that! Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
AP NE JO MEDICNE START KIYA USKO GAS ACIDTY KOII ITNA RELEATION NAI HE TAKE TAB HINGVASTAK 2 BEFORE FOOD TAKE AJMODADI GHANVATI 2 BD TAKE LIVTONE 2 BD TAKE TRIPHALA 2 BD AVOID MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS SPICY AND SUGAR DEFINETLY GET GOOD RESULT
I understand how difficult it is to live with abdominal pain for so many months especially when it increases at night with trapped gas and disturbs sleep This type of pain usually happens due to vata aggravation and weak digestion where food does not digest properly and gas gets stuck Pathyadi wati is a good medicine for this condition because it helps regulate vata improves digestion and relieves bloating The relief you noticed is an important sign that your pain is digestive in origin You can continue pathyadi wati one tablet twice daily after food with warm water Along with this hingvastak churna half teaspoon twice daily before food with warm water will help more Avoid late night meals cold heavy dry foods and eating in a hurry Take light warm freshly cooked food and keep dinner very light With regular digestion support this pain can gradually settle and your body can return to balance
