Hello I totally get how tough losing your hair can be, especially when it makes you feel older than you are. It can really mess with your confidence, how you see yourself, and all that. But dont worry we are here to help you out 😊 YOUR CONCERN A 65-year-old Main issue: – Hair is getting thinner and you’re going bald – Feeling bummed out and less confident because of it AYURVEDA’S TAKE Ayurveda says hair is about: – Bones – Blood – Pitta (heat) What’s likely going on with you: – Too much Pitta (heat) on your scalp – Blood isn’t flowing well to your hair roots – Your bones are getting weaker because of age – Stress and hormones are dropping This leads to: – Hair thinning out – Hair falling out – Bald spots – Hair losing its color WHAT CAN WE DO AT YOUR AGE? Let me keep it real: – Ayurveda can stop more hair from falling out – It can make the hair you have thicker – It can wake up weak hair things – It can’t grow hair where it’s totally gone But a lot of guys see things getting better in like 3–6 months. AYURVEDIC TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION 1 Bhringaraj capsules → Take one, twice a day 2.Amalaki Rasayan → A teaspoon in the morning 3.Ashwagandha → One capsule before bed These things: – Feed your hair roots – Help blood flow better – Chill you out – Make your hormones stronger EXTERNAL CARE Neelibhringadi or Bhringaraj oil→ Put it on your scalp → Massage gently → Do this 3–4 times a week → Leave it on overnight This: – Cools down Pitta – Makes hair things better – Stops hair from falling WHAT TO EAT ✅INCLUDE – Coconut – Amla – Black sesame seeds – Ghee – Nuts – Green veggies Don’t eat too much: – Fried foods – Booze – Too much tea or coffee – Super spicy stuff HOW TO LIVE – Sleep 7 hours – Chill out and don’t stress – No smoking – Give your head a light rub every day You’re not too old – your hair just needs some food and hormones. With Ayurveda: – Less hair falling out – Thicker hair – Healthier scalp – You’ll look better Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate
