Doctors' responses

Thank you for explaining clearly 🌿 Since this is more than 6 months, this is a chronic digestion rhythm disturbance, not simple acidity. Your pattern is very typical: 🌙 Late sleeping 🌜 Hunger at 2 AM 🌅 Morning loose stool with burning ❌ No hunger in morning 🍽 Heaviness + bloating after breakfast 🔥 Acne 🍟 Worse with fried food Even without heartburn, this is Pitta aggravation + disturbed Agni cycle. 🔎 What Is Happening? Between 11 PM – 3 AM is Pitta time (liver detox + metabolic repair time). When you stay awake: Acid secretion increases False hunger at 2 AM Intestinal irritation in morning → burning loose stool Digestive fire becomes irregular → bloating whole day Chronic gut heat → acne So yes — this is a form of functional acidity, even without chest burning. 🌿 Complete Correction Plan (30 Days) 🌅 Morning (Empty Stomach) 1 glass lukewarm water After 10 minutes: 👉 Avipattikar churna – 1 tsp with lukewarm water (Controls Pitta + regulates stool + reduces burning) If stool very loose: 👉 Reduce to ½ tsp. 🍳 Breakfast Rule ⚠️ Do NOT eat breakfast immediately after waking. Eat only when real hunger appears. If no hunger till 11 AM → take only light food like: Thin moong dal Fruit (papaya) Rice kanji 🍛 After Lunch Jeerakadyarishta – 15 ml + equal water For bloating: Add Hingwashtak churna ½ tsp after meals 🌙 Night (Most Important Medicine) Dinner before 9 PM No screen after 10:30 PM Sleep by 11 PM If 2 AM hunger: 👉 Take 1 cup warm milk with 1 pinch turmeric at 10 PM This prevents night acid surge. 🌿 For Acne (Internal Heat) Mahamanjishthadi kwath – 15 ml twice daily OR Khadirarishta – 15 ml twice daily Avoid: ❌ Fried food ❌ Curd at night ❌ Tea empty stomach ❌ Very spicy food 🧘 Simple Lifestyle Reset ✔ 15 min evening walk ✔ 2–2.5 litre water daily ✔ 1 tsp ghee daily (improves gut lubrication)
