●Equal amounts: Brahmi Powder Jatamansi Powder Shankhapushpi Powder Bhringraj Powder Mixing Method: Mix all four ingredients in equal quantities and store in a glass bottle. ●Dosage (30 days): 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams) Stick in 1 cup of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes • Morning on an empty stomach and evening 1 hour before meals Benefits: Neuron nourishment, anxiety relief, memory stability ●Pranayama and Yoga (Daily) Anulom-Vilom - 7 minutes • Bhramari - 11 repetitions • Sarvangasana/Halasana - 2-3 minutes • 30 minutes of brisk walking improves oxygen delivery and reduces stress ●Daily routine discipline • 7 hours of sleep • Limit screen time • Practice memorizing by writing • Limit caffeine Memory training = Lifestyle Training ●What to avoid - Smoking, alcohol Staying up late Excessive stress Caffeine on an empty stomach These increase anxiety and forgetfulness. ●Ashwagandha Churna, Gokshura churna ,Safed musali churna , Kaunch churna,Vidarikand churna. Your case is mainly hypersensitivity + anxiety-driven premature ejaculation, not weakness. That is why stimulant or aphrodisiac medicines made it worse — they increase excitement, not control. So treatment should be calming + control-based, not stimulating. First step: Stop all aphrodisiac or stimulant medicines. They are not suitable for you. Reduce sexual stimulation overload. Avoid porn and frequent masturbation. Give gap of at least 3–4 days. Now focus on control techniques: During intercourse, use start–stop method. When you feel close, stop completely, take deep breaths, then restart. You can also use squeeze technique (light pressure below glans when urge comes). Practice daily pelvic control: Do Kegel exercise — contract the muscle used to stop urine, hold 5 seconds, relax. Do 10–15 repetitions, twice daily. Mental control: Your anxiety is a major factor. Do slow breathing daily for 10 minutes. During activity, focus on breathing, not performance. Medicines (non-stimulating, stabilising): Ashwagandha churna 3 grams at night with milk. Jatamansi churna 1 gram at night. Brahmi vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Saraswatarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food. These reduce anxiety, calm nerves, and improve control. If hypersensitivity is very high: Apply a small amount of coconut oil on glans 10–15 minutes before intercourse and wash lightly. This reduces sensitivity slightly. Avoid strong delay sprays or numbing agents regularly. Recovery takes few weeks with proper practice. Main point: control improves when mind is calm, not when stimulation is increased.
