In Ayurveda, frequent loss of seminal fluid is considered a depletion of Ojas, which is the essence of vitality and immunity in the body. When you stop this habit, your body begins to restore balance, but it may take time to rebuild Ojas and regain energy and strength.

The symptoms you might be experiencing, such as fatigue or low energy levels, can be linked to a Vata imbalance, as Vata governs movement and nervous system functions. When Vata is disturbed, it can lead to irregularity and weakness. Additionally, feelings of anxiety or emotional distress can also be a result of Vata imbalance or an accumulation of Ama (toxins) due to past lifestyle habits.

Rebuilding strength and vitality involves nurturing your Agni (digestive fire) to ensure proper nutrition and assimilation. This includes incorporating nourishing foods, proper rest, and practices that balance Vata, such as meditation or yoga.

●Main Formula Ingredients (equal amounts): Brahmi Powder Jatamansi Powder Shankhapushpi Powder Bhringraj Powder Mixing Method: Mix all four ingredients in equal quantities and store in a glass bottle. ●Dosage (30 days): 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams) Stick in 1 cup of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes • Morning on an empty stomach and evening 1 hour before meals Benefits: Neuron nourishment, anxiety relief, memory stability ●Pranayama and Yoga (Daily) Anulom-Vilom - 7 minutes • Bhramari - 11 repetitions • Sarvangasana/Halasana - 2-3 minutes • 30 minutes of brisk walking improves oxygen delivery and reduces stress ●Daily routine discipline • 7 hours of sleep • Limit screen time • Practice memorizing by writing • Limit caffeine Memory training = Lifestyle Training ●What to avoid Subscribe • Smoking, alcohol Staying up late Excessive stress Caffeine on an empty stomach These increase anxiety and forgetfulness. ●Ashwagandha Churna, Gokshura churna ,Safed musali churna , Kaunch churna,Vidarikand churna. Mix all and make 60 packs and take it with warm water 2 times a day after food ● Shilajit + suvarna bhasma with warm water at bed time .
