Additionally, weak Agni (digestive fire) and accumulation of Ama (toxins) might contribute to these issues by affecting overall vitality and energy levels.

Ayurveda views this as a systemic imbalance rather than isolated symptoms. It is important to consider your digestion, stress levels, and lifestyle, as they all play a crucial role in maintaining sexual health.

Take two tablets twice a day before food. Along with that follow the below regime and add some more medicines… Diet and Nutrition 1. Balanced diet: Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. 2. Foods rich in antioxidants: Include foods high in antioxidants like berries, leafy greens, and nuts to help reduce oxidative stress. 3. Omega-3 fatty acids: Find omega-3 rich foods like fatty fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts to support heart health. Exercise and Physical Activites 1. Regular exercise: Engage in moderate-intensity exercise, like brisk walking, cycling, or swimming, for at least 30 minutes a day. 2. Pelvic floor exercises: Practice Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Stress Management 1. Mindfulness and relaxation: Try techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or yoga to reduce stress and anxiety. 2. Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to help regulate hormones and reduce stress. 3. Practise yogasan: Molband, setu bandhasan, chakrasan, veer bhadrasan, halasan, gomukhasan. Other Lifestyle changes 1. Quit smoking 2. Limit alcohol consumption 3. Maintain a healthy weight 💊Medication💊 Cap. Boostex Forte 2 caps twice a day before food. Tab. Kapikachu Ghana Vati 2 tabs twice a day before food. Shilajit Gold gum 1 small spoon (the one that comes in the pack) with one cup of hot milk early in the morning. Shwet Musli Pak 1 tsp with a cup of hot cow milk in the morning

Namaste, Sabse pehle yeh samajhna zaroori hai ki erection problem (erectile dysfunction) sirf ek medicine se fix hone wali cheez nahi hoti. Isme mind, stress level, sleep, hormones aur overall stamina sab role play karte hain. Isliye sirf dose badhane se result better ho, yeh zaroori nahi hai—kabhi-kabhi ulta side effects ho sakte hain. Tantra Max capsule ki baat karein, toh generally is type ke formulations 1 capsule din mein 1–2 baar liye jaate hain after food. Isse zyada lena bina proper guidance ke safe nahi hota. High dose lene se heat, acidity, headache ya restlessness ho sakta hai. Aap 1 capsule twice daily se start karein (morning and evening after food) aur body response observe karein. Saath mein kuch important cheezein jo equally zaroori hain: • Proper sleep (7–8 hours), kyunki testosterone aur performance directly sleep se linked hai • Stress aur performance anxiety kam karein, kyunki bahut cases mein psychological factor hota hai • Regular exercise (especially strength training + walking) • Porn ya excessive stimulation avoid karein, yeh sensitivity aur response ko affect karta hai Diet support: • Soaked badam (5–6), walnuts • Milk with a little ghee at night • Avoid excessive alcohol, smoking, junk food Ayurvedic support (agar needed ho): • Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon raat ko doodh ke saath • Kaunch Beej Churna – 1 teaspoon raat ko Yeh medicines nerve strength, stamina aur performance ko gradually improve karte hain. Aapko 3–4 weeks mein confidence aur erection quality mein improvement feel hona start ho sakta hai, lekin consistency zaroori hai. Agar problem continue rahe ya morning erection bilkul absent ho, toh ek baar basic checkup (sugar, testosterone, BP) karwana bhi useful rahega.
