lmp 12th feb, ecp on 24th feb, spotting march 2 to 6 , negative bhcg test on 17th march and negative upt on 28th march. visited a gynaec and was suggested primolut n from april 4 to 9 twice a day (5mg) currently on the withdrawal bleed. however i want to regulate my cycles using ayurveda, ashokarisht has helped me before , what other herbs/supplements should i take to regulate my cycles in the coming months. my cycles earlier were 31-32 days and they were scanty but i would get my menses every month. im also scheduling a pcos test panel and an usg to check for any other causes. im extremely anxious and scared bec i do not want amenorrhea. kindly help me out

●Coral Powder •Kaharwa Powder •Giloysat •Pearl Powder Mix all the herbs and make 60 packets. Consume with water and honey half an hour before breakfast and dinner. ●Ashokarishta Mix 4 teaspoons of the herb with 4 teaspoons of water and consume after meals in the morning and evening. ●Stree Rasayan Vati •Garbhasava 40 grams Take 2 tablets each with lukewarm water after meals in the morning and evening. Note: 1 gram of Lajwanti Panchang powder mixed with ghee and consumed in the morning and evening is beneficial for menorrhagia and leucorrhoea. ●Do yoga paranayam eat healthy diet vegetables. ●Kumarasava- 2tsp 3 times after meals ●Ashokarishta- 2tsp 3 times empty stomach ●Menovin tablets- 2 TAB 2 times after meals
