Hi there, What can you suggest for severe Pmdd? Cycle is regular and no physical pain. WhenOvulation begins, for a day or two I experience severe irritability, an inconsolable feeling of grief, intense anger and sadness which comes on for the whole day for several days unright before my period. Already on shatavari and ashwaganda.
