First step: stop She Care juice for now. Take 1. For regulating periods (artava janana + hormone balance) Rajapravartini Vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food for 10–15 days (or till periods start) Kumaryasava – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after meals 2. For pimples (pitta shaman + rakta shuddhi) Khadirarishta – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after food Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 20 ml twice daily before food 3.
