Hair loss, thinning, and scalp discomfort can be signs of an imbalance in your Vata and Pitta doshas, especially at the age of 29. This could be caused by factors like stress, diet, hormonal imbalances, or poor hair care practices. To manage hair fall and improve the health of your hair, you can start by using nourishing oils such as Bhringraj, Amla, or Coconut oil to massage your scalp, which helps promote circulation and strengthen the hair follicles. Avoid tight hairstyles that stress the hair, and instead focus on gentle, natural methods like braids or loose styles. Make sure your diet includes foods rich in iron, vitamins A, E, and biotin, such as leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains, to nourish the hair from within. Reducing stress through practices like yoga and meditation can also help in restoring balance. If the problem persists, consulting with an Ayurvedic specialist for personalized treatments like Shirodhara (scalp therapy) or Basti might be beneficial.

Arre yaar, ye baal ka masla kuch zyada hi problem kar raha hai tumhe. Pehle to, tension nahi lena hai. Stress bhi hair fall ka ek bada karan hai. Dekho, Ayurveda mein, hum doshas pe focus karte hain. Hair fall aksar vata-pitta imbalance ke karan hota hai. Chalo, solution ki baat karte hain. Sabse pehle, diet important hai. Tumhari diet mein badaam, walnut, and coconut add karke dekho. They’re rich in healthy fats jo baalon ke liye badi faidemand hote hain. Har din 2-3 badam bhigo kar subah kha lo. Isse agni thik rahega, meaning digestion accha hoga, aur baalon ko bhi zaroori nutrition milega. Phir, ek badiya chiiz hai bhringaraj oil. Yeh oil lagana bhi accha hai. Week mein do baar lagao, maalish karo. Magar, lightly, na ki bohot hard kyunki baalon ka tight hona achahi nahi hota. Oil se massaging se blood circulation improve hoga, which is good for hair roots. Lage haath, try bringaraj powder mixed in water ya curd for occasional hair mask bhi. Shampoos bhi chemical-free use karo, aur dhoop se zaroori shield rakhna baalon ko. Natural shampoos khareed sakte ho jo SLS-free ho. Aur ek cheez, hair ko tight bandhne ka khayal mat karo, kyunki stress aur pain to waise hi issue create karta hai. Ultimately, patience bhi zaroori hai yaar. Ayurveda mein cheezein time leti hain par results long-lasting hote hain. Agar samasya zyada serious ho, toh kisi Ayurvedic physician ko face to face mil ke consult karo. Kabhi kabhi underlying health issues bhi root cause hote hain, jise address karna zaroori hai. Bas ek last cheez, stress se door rehne ki koshish karo. Deep breathing ya meditation try kar sakte ho. Take care, I hope ye suggestions madad kare thoda.
