Why do I get acne /pimples and eventually get dark(because I squize) and become darkspots and last for longtime..also I'm loosing my hair.. - #752

Use a mild, herbal shampoo like Amla Reetha Shikakai or Neem-based shampoo to cleanse the scalp without stripping natural oils. Avoid harsh chemical shampoos and opt for lukewarm water to wash hair. A balanced diet rich in iron, protein, and vitamins, along with stress management practices like yoga, will further support skin and hair health.
