Your symptoms of upper stomach pain, bloating, and occasional back pain suggest an imbalance in the Pitta and Vata doshas, which can lead to digestive disturbances, including indigestion and discomfort in the stomach area. The bloating and pain might be a result of weak digestive fire (Agni) and gas accumulation in the intestines. To address this, I recommend starting with a gentle Ayurvedic approach to balance Agni and reduce excess Vata. A remedy like warm water with a pinch of cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds can help with digestion and reduce bloating. Additionally, sipping ginger tea or drinking warm water with a pinch of turmeric and honey may ease the discomfort. You can also try a simple oil massage (Abhyanga) with warm sesame oil to calm the Vata and improve circulation, especially around your stomach and back area. Eating warm, easy-to-digest foods like soups, khichdi, and avoiding cold, heavy meals may also help. If the issue persists, further adjustments in your diet and lifestyle may be needed based on a more personalized Ayurvedic consultation.

Your symptoms may indicate weak digestion or acidity. Avoid spicy, oily foods, and eat light, warm meals. Home Remedies: Drink warm water with 1 tsp ajwain and a pinch of black salt after meals. Take 1 tsp amla juice with honey in the morning. Boil fennel seeds and drink the water. Practice yoga like Vajrasana after eating. Focus on regular meals, reduce stress, and sleep well.

Hey, it sounds like you've been going through quite a lot with this stomach issue. I totally feel for you – dealing with pain and discomfort can be so draining! Since you've already checked with doctors, it might be, given no major issues in the reports, related to your digestive system's fire – in Ayurvedic terms, we call this *agni*. Sometimes, when our agni is weak or uneven, it can cause a cascade of digestive issues, like bloating and, yes, even pain. First off, let's look at your diet a bit. Avoid heavy, fried, and spicy foods as they can really irritate the digestive system and worsen *pitta* imbalance, which could be causing the upper stomach pain. Instead, focus on light, easily digestible foods like warm soups, cooked veggies, and ghee (yes, just a little goes a long way). A great home remedy to help strengthen digestion is ginger tea. Just boil a few slices of fresh ginger in water and sip it throughout the day. Also, for bloating relief, consider adding a pinch of hing (asafoetida) and black salt to warm water and drink this concoction after lunch. Both help to gently stimulate digestion and relieve gas. You mentioned mid-back pain too, which sometimes be linked to bloating. Gentle yoga poses, like child’s pose or cat-cow stretch, can be beneficial in easing tension in the back and abdomen area. Staying regular with your meals can help regulate your body's internal clock. Try eating at the same times each day and ensure you're not eating late at night. Hydration is key, but you'll want to sip on water throughout the day rather than downing large amounts at once – doing so can dilute the digestive juices and weaken your *agni*. If these things don't help or if your pains worsen, please seek out a professional. Well, hope this helps! Take care of yourself and listen to what your body needs, okay?
