I have cracked hand may be severe eczema so what can I do for my allergy - #890

Whenever I use detergent and soaps and any other chemicals I have skin issues like craked hands and in some point of leg I have psoriasis

Internally, take Mahamanjishthadi Kadha or Khadirarishta (20 ml with equal water after meals) to purify the blood and reduce inflammation. Gandhak Rasayan tablets can be taken to enhance skin health and reduce itching and flaking. For psoriasis specifically, Arogyavardhini Vati is beneficial in balancing Pitta and Kapha and improving skin conditions. Externally, apply Kumkumadi Taila or Coconut oil mixed with Turmeric to soothe cracked skin and reduce inflammation. For affected areas, use Jatyadi Taila for healing and preventing infection.
