I am seriously confused about my diet lately, and I need some advice. I started incorporating sattu into my meals because I heard it’s a great source of protein and energy, but I have no idea how many calories in 100 gm sattu. I've been using it in smoothies and as a flour for chapatis, but now I'm worried about how it fits into my overall calorie intake. Like, I've read some places that it can be low-calorie, but then I see different info online! 😩 I mean, I tried to track everything I eat, but it gets overwhelming, you know? Some days I feel great, and other days I'm just bloated and tired. I thought maybe sattu would help, but if it’s too calorie-dense, I don’t wanna overdo it!
