Tenho dor na lombar e domencia nos dedos dos pes há mais de 6 meses como curar. Sinto dor no meio de lombar e as vezes no quadril, mesmo pes ficam muito quentes como fogo e as vezes também doem. A dor começou a alguns meses e nao passa, piora com fisioterapia e exercicios

Condition which you describe above is due to imbalance of vata Pitta or also vata Kapha imbalance 1) Yogaraja Guggulu- two tablet twice daily 2) Sahacharadi Kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water before food 3) Ksheerabala (101)- 5 to 10 drops With warm milk 4) Pinda Thailam- gently application over the feet and legs 5) Sahacharadi Thailam- warm and apply to the lower back Since physical activity triggers the pain, avoid heavy lifting, forward bending, and long periods of standing. Use a heating pad on the lower back, but avoid high heat on the feet if they already feel like they are “on fire.” Use room-temperature Pinda Thailam for the feet instead. Avoid standard physiotherapy until the acute inflammation subsides. Switch to very gentle Sukshma Vyayama (subtle joint rotations) only if they do not cause pain.

Como os seus nervos já estão altamente inflamados, o alongamento e os exercícios agem como um trauma físico, piorando a sua dor significativamente. O nervo ciático precisa de repouso absoluto e lubrificação, não de tração. Diagnóstico: Esta é uma clássica Gridhrasi (Ciática) severa, impulsionada por um forte agravamento de Vata e Pitta. O Vata bloqueado está causando a dor profunda na lombar e a dormência nos dedos. O Pitta (calor/inflamação) está atacando as terminações nervosas, causando a sensação insuportável de “fogo” na sola dos pés. Prescrição Ayurvédica Para curar isso, precisamos acalmar o calor que está queimando os nervos e nutrir a região lombar de dentro para fora. 1.
