How to treat a sprained and swollen left toe that is painful and warm after one week? - #56180

Namaskar my left toe is sprained and swollen. It pains too much , is reddish in color with extremely warm temp.It'sbeen since 1 week . X rays is neg for fracture or infection. Please suggest medicines and homemade remedies. I soak it in warm water and then use ice compression. I Can't move the fingers or rotate my feet. Do u also think that extra MRI should be done. Thanks.
