ESR और CRP बढ़े होने के साथ घुटनों और पिंडलियों में दर्द होना केवल सामान्य वात विकार नहीं भी हो सकता; सूजन संबंधी रोगों की जांच आवश्यक है। संक्षिप्त आयुर्वेदिक उपचार Mahayograj Guggulu 2 टैबलेट दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। Rasnadi Guggulu 2 टैबलेट दिन में 2 बार। Dashmoolarishta 20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। बाह्य प्रयोग: Mahanarayana Taila से घुटनों और पिंडलियों पर हल्की मालिश करें।

आपके बताए अनुसार घुटनों में लंबे समय से दर्द, सूजन-जकड़न, पिंडलियों में दर्द तथा ESR/CRP का बढ़ा होना शरीर में वात के साथ सूजन (आमवात/Inflammatory Arthritis) की ओर संकेत करता है। केवल वातारि चूर्ण से पूर्ण लाभ मिलना कठिन हो सकता है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार: सिंहनाद गुग्गुलु 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। महायोगराज गुग्गुलु 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। दशमूल क्वाथ 20 ml बराबर गुनगुने पानी के साथ सुबह-शाम। घुटनों पर महानारायण तेल या विषगर्भ तेल से हल्की मालिश एवं गुनगुनी सिकाई करें। आहार-विहार: गुनगुना पानी पिएं। मूंग दाल, हल्का एवं सुपाच्य भोजन लें। दही, ठंडी चीजें, तला-भुना, मैदा और अधिक खट्टी वस्तुओं से परहेज करें। अधिक चलना, सीढ़ियां चढ़ना और वजन उठाना कम करें। महत्वपूर्ण: ESR और CRP बढ़े होने के कारण केवल सामान्य घुटने का दर्द नहीं, बल्कि आमवात (Rheumatoid Arthritis) या अन्य सूजनयुक्त गठिया की संभावना भी हो सकती है। इसलिए RA Factor, Anti-CCP तथा Vitamin D की जांच करवाना उपयोगी रहेगा। उचित आयुर्वेदिक उपचार, पंचकर्म (विशेषकर बस्ती चिकित्सा) और आहार-संशोधन से दर्द, सूजन एवं चलने-फिरने की क्षमता में अच्छा सुधार देखा जाता है।

•नमस्ते। आपके लक्षणों (घुटनों और पिंडलियों में तेज दर्द, चलने-फिरने में असमर्थता) और ब्लड टेस्ट रिपोर्ट्स (ESR और CRP का बढ़ना) से यह साफ है कि इस समय आपके शरीर में काफी सूजन (Inflammation) है। इस स्थिति में दर्द और बेचैनी होना स्वाभाविक है, लेकिन सही उपचार से इसे ठीक किया जा सकता है। ••क्या वातारि चूर्ण (Vatari Churna) लेना चाहिए? जी हाँ, वातारि चूर्ण इस स्थिति में काफी फायदेमंद हो सकता है। इसके मुख्य घटक (जैसे एरंड तेल, सोंठ, हरड़ आदि) शरीर से ‘आम’ (टॉक्सिन्स) को पचाने और मल के रास्ते बाहर निकालने में मदद करते हैं, जिससे वात शांत होता है और दर्द में राहत मिलती है। हालाँकि, आपकी स्थिति में सूजन और दर्द अधिक है, इसलिए केवल एक चूर्ण पर्याप्त नहीं होगा। इसके साथ कुछ अन्य सहायक औषधियों की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। अन्य प्रभावी आयुर्वेदिक उपाय (चिकित्सक की देखरेख में) बढ़े हुए ESR और CRP को कम करने तथा घुटनों-पिंडलियों के दर्द के लिए आमतौर पर निम्नलिखित दवाएं दी जाती हैं: ••गुग्गुल कल्प: सिंहनाद गुग्गुल (Simhanada Guggulu) या कैशोर गुग्गुल (Kaishore Guggulu) की 2-2 गोलियां गुनगुने पानी के साथ। यह शरीर की सूजन (CRP/ESR) को तेजी से कम करने में मदद करती हैं। ••क्वाथ (काढ़ा): महारस्नादि क्वाथ (Maharasnadi Kwath) या रास्नासप्तक क्वाथ के 4 चम्मच में बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर सुबह-शाम पीने से वात रोगों में तुरंत आराम मिलता है। पिंडलियों के दर्द के लिए: पिंडलियों में दर्द अक्सर कमजोरी या वात के बढ़ने से होता है। इसके लिए धन्वन्तरम तैलम या सहचरादि तैलम से हल्के हाथों से (बिना ज्यादा दबाव दिए) नीचे से ऊपर की ओर मालिश की जा सकती है। ••आहार में बदलाव: ठंडा पानी, दही, छाछ, उड़द की दाल, चावल, और जंक फूड का सेवन पूरी तरह बंद कर दें। ये चीजें शरीर में ‘आम’ (टॉक्सिन्स) बढ़ाती हैं। ••क्या खाएं: गुनगुना पानी पीएं। भोजन में अदरक, सोंठ, लहसुन, हींग और हल्दी का प्रयोग अधिक करें। मूंग की दाल और परवल जैसी हल्की चीजें खाएं।
