Aushadhi Chikitsa (Internal Ayurvedic Medicines) Ayurveda mein Amavata aur Vata rog ke liye shreshtha aushadhiyon ka prayog kiya jata hai: •Simhanada Guggulu ya Yogaraja Guggulu: 2-2 goli subah aur sham, khane ke baad gungune paani ke sath. (Simhanada Guggulu sujan aur jakran ko kam karne mein vishesh roop se labhdayak hai). •Rasnasaptak Kwath ya Maharasnadi Kadha: 15-20 ml kadha, utne hi gungune paani mein milakar din mein do baar (subah-sham) khane ke baad lein. Yeh kandhe aur ghutno ke dard aur jakran (stiffness) ke liye shreshtha hai. •Amavatari Rasa: 1-1 goli subah-sham khane ke baad gungune paani se (agar sujan aur subah ki jakran bahut zyada ho). Kya Khayein (Pathya) Gunguna paani piyein (Dinbhar) Purana chawal, mooli, sahjan (drumstick), adrak, lahsun, aur haldi Khane mein sendha namak aur jeera ka prayog karein. Kya Na Khayein (Apathya) Thanda paani, cold drinks, ya ice cream Dahi, chach (buttermilk), udad daal, aur fast food Baasi khana, chana, bhindi, aur arbi (jo Vata badhati hain)
