L4-L5 disc problem with sciatica and long-term painkiller/Pregaba (pregabalin) use requires proper medical follow-up. Weight gain can occur due to reduced activity and sometimes from pregabalin. Take • Yogaraj Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. • Dashmool Kwath 20 ml + equal water, twice daily after meals. • Ashwagandha Churna 3 g twice daily with warm milk if digestion is good. External therapy: • Mahanarayana Taila or Kottamchukkadi Taila gentle massage over low back and legs once daily, followed by mild fomentation. Lifestyle: • Avoid prolonged sitting, forward bending, and lifting heavy weights. • Daily gentle walking and physiotherapist-guided back-strengthening exercises. • Weight reduction is important if overweight.
