आयुर्वेद के अनुसार आपकी सायटिका (Gridhrasi), L4-L5-S1 की समस्या, सर्वाइकल दर्द, घुटनों में गैप और चलने पर दर्द बढ़ना मुख्यतः वात दोष की वृद्धि तथा हड्डियों एवं जोड़ों से संबंधित अस्थि एवं मज्जा धातु की कमजोरी का संकेत देता है। आपका वजन 83 किलोग्राम होने के कारण कमर, घुटनों और रीढ़ पर अतिरिक्त दबाव भी पड़ रहा है। आयुर्वेदिक उपचार दृष्टिकोण योगराज गुग्गुल – वातजन्य दर्द और जोड़ों की जकड़न में। महायोगराज गुग्गुल – पुराने वात रोगों में। रास्नादि क्वाथ या दशमूल क्वाथ – दर्द और सूजन में सहायक। अश्वगंधा चूर्ण – मांसपेशियों और नसों को बल देने के लिए। बाह्य उपचार महानारायण तेल या सहचरादि तेल से कमर, गर्दन और पैरों की हल्की मालिश। इसके बाद हल्का गर्म सेक करें। यदि सूजन अधिक हो तो अत्यधिक गर्म सेक न करें। आहार गर्म और सुपाच्य भोजन लें। लहसुन, अदरक, मेथी, तिल का सीमित उपयोग करें। मूंग दाल, हरी सब्जियां और हल्का भोजन लें। पर्याप्त पानी पिएं। ठंडी चीजें, दही (विशेषकर रात में), फ्रिज का पानी, फास्ट फूड और तली-भुनी चीजों से बचें। जीवनशैली लंबे समय तक एक ही स्थिति में न बैठें। वजन धीरे-धीरे कम करने का प्रयास करें। रोज 20–30 मिनट हल्की सैर करें, लेकिन दर्द बढ़ने पर ज़ोर न डालें। गर्दन और कमर के लिए फिजियोथेरेपिस्ट या योग विशेषज्ञ की देखरेख में हल्के व्यायाम करें।

Sciatica (L4-L5, L5-S1), cervical spondylosis aur ghutne ke gap (osteoarthritis) mein Vata shaman aur weight reduction bahut mahatvapurna hain. Take Yograj Guggulu 2 tablets BD after food. Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tablet BD after food. Dashmool Kwath 20 ml with equal water bd after meals. Shallaki Capsule 500 mg bd External Mahanarayana Taila se daily massage karke halka fomentation (sek) karein. Diet & Lifestyle Weight kam karne ka prayas karein. Cold drinks, dahi raat mein, fried foods se parhez. Roz halka walking aur physiotherapy exercises karein.

••Pranam. Ek Ayurveda physician ke naate, main aapki is takleef aur dard ko poori tarah samajh sakta hoon. 46 ki umar mein Sciatica (L4-L5-S1), Cervical Spondylosis, aur Knee Osteoarthritis (ghutno mein gap) ka ek saath hona aapki dainik zindagi aur mobility (chalne-firne) ko kaafi prabhavit kar raha hai, visheshkar jab chalne par dard badh jaata hai. ••Aapki is sthiti ke liye ek comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment plan niche diya gaya hai: 1. Ayurvedic Aushadhi (Oral Medicines) Vata ko shant karne aur joints/bones ko takat dene ke liye yeh classical formulations kaafi asardas hain: Yograj Guggulu ya Trayodashang Guggulu: 2-2 goli subah aur shaam, khane ke baad gungune paani (lukewarm water) ke saath. (Yeh nason ki soojan aur joint pain ko kam karti hain). Rasnasaptak Kwath ya Maharasnadi Kadha: 15-20 ml kadha barabar matra mein gungune paani ke saath milakar din mein do baar khane ke baad lein. (Yeh sciatica aur chalne par badhne wale dard mein vishesh labhdayak hai). Lakshadi Guggulu ya Hadjod Churna: Ghutno ke gap aur bones ki density ke liye 1-1 tablet/capsule din mein do baar lein. Ashwagandha Churna: 1 chammach raat ko sote samay gungune doodh ya paani ke saath lein. Yeh nason (nerves) ko takat dega aur sciatica ke dard mein aaram dega. 2. Bahya Chikitsa (External Applications) Chalne par jo dard badhta hai, uske liye local application bahut zaroori hai: Mahanarayan Taila ya Sahacharadi Taila: Is tel ko halka gunguna karke apni kamar (L4-S1 region), gardan (cervical) aur ghutno par halke haath se lagayein. Dhyan rakhein: Malish zor se nahi karni hai, sirf tel ko skin mein absorb hone dein. Nadi Swedan (Halki Sikaai): Tel lagane ke 15-20 minute baad, ek kapde mein sendha namak aur ajwain ki potli banakar halki sikaai karein. Isse jaddhatva (stiffness) door hogi. 3. Panchakarma Chikitsa (Highly Recommended) Kyonki aapko teeno samasyaein ek saath hain aur chalne mein takleef hai, isliye main aapko kisi acche Ayurvedic hospital/clinic mein jakar Panchakarma lene ki salah doonga. Isse aapko instant aur long-term relief milega: Sciatica aur Ghutno ke liye: Basti Chikitsa (Ayurvedic medicated enema) ko Vata rog ki sabse sreshth chikitsa maana gaya hai. Iske alawa Kamar ke liye Kati Basti aur Ghutno ke liye Janu Basti bohot faydemand hai. Cervical ke liye: Greeva Basti aur Nasya Karma (naak mein medicated oil dalna) se gardan ki nason ka compression kam hota hai. 4. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Management) Vajan Kam Karna (Weight Management): 83 kg weight ko dheere-dheere kam karna sabse mahatvapurna hai taaki ghutno aur L4-L5 vertebrae par load kam ho. Iske liye dry fruits, heavy grains kam karein. Kya Khayein: Gunguna paani piyein, taje aur garm khane ka sevan karein. Khane mein lehsun (garlic), adrak (ginger), aur methi dana shamil karein, yeh natural vata-shamak hain. Kya Na Khayein: Thandi cheezein (ice cream, fridge ka paani), baasi khana, fast food, dahi, chawal, aur vata badhane wali dalein jaise Rajma, Urad, aur Chana bilkul band kar dein. Aaram aur Posture: Khade hokar chalne ka kaam abhi kam karein jab tak dard control mein na ho. Hard mattress (sakt gaddhe) par soyein aur gardan ke niche patla takiya lagayein. Forward bending (aage jhukna) aur bhari vazan uthana bilkul band kar dein.
