Persistent joint pain and inflammation for more than 2 years, especially in the hands with associated autoimmune imbalance, indicates a chronic Vata-Pitta aggravation with inflammation in the joints (Sandhivata / Amavata tendency) according to Ayurveda. The main aim of Ayurvedic management is to reduce inflammation, improve joint lubrication, strengthen immunity naturally, and slow further joint damage. Ayurvedic Recommendations Follow an anti-inflammatory Ayurvedic diet: warm, freshly cooked meals, moong dal, soups, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and cow ghee in moderation. Avoid foods that increase inflammation such as curd at night, cold foods, bakery items, excessive tea/coffee, processed foods, and sour or fried items. Daily gentle hand joint exercises, stretching, and warm oil massage can help improve stiffness and circulation. External application with Mahanarayan Taila or Dhanwantaram Taila followed by mild hot fomentation may reduce pain and swelling. Ayurvedic herbs commonly supportive in arthritis include: Shallaki Guggulu preparations Ashwagandha Guduchi Rasnadi herbs These help in reducing inflammation, strengthening joints, and improving energy levels naturally. Lifestyle Support Keep the body warm and avoid exposure to cold wind or damp environments. Maintain regular sleep and stress control, as autoimmune conditions often worsen with stress and irregular routine. Gentle yoga practices like hand stretches, Pranayama, and meditation can support immunity and reduce stiffness. Important Advice Since you already have an autoimmune condition and symptoms are chronic, a personalized Ayurvedic assessment of Ama (toxins), digestion, and dosha imbalance is important before starting medicines. In many long-standing arthritis cases, therapies like Panchakarma, Basti, or localized oil treatments provide better long-term relief when done under supervision. आपको 2.5 साल से arthritis है और हाथों के joints में दर्द/सूजन रहती है। Ayurveda के अनुसार यह आमवात/संधिवात है, वात और आम बढ़ जाते हैं। —Rx 1) Simhanad Guggulu 1 tab bd after food with lukewarm water. 2) Yograj Guggulu 1 tab bd after food with lukewarm water. 3) Shallaki Capsule 1 cap bd after food. 4) Rasnasaptak Kwath 15–20 ml + equal warm water BD after food. 5) Maharasnadi Kwath 15 ml + 15 ml warm water BD after food, if stiffness is more. 6)Vishgarbha Taila Local application OD, followed by mild hot fomentation. Avoid massage if joint is red, hot or highly swollen. –Duration 6–8 weeks, then review according to pain, swelling and stiffness. — Panchkarma - churn pind swed -14 days —Pathya-Apathya Avoid: curd, cold drinks, sour food, fried food, maida, heavy pulses, stale food, excess sugar. Take: warm water, light warm food, moong dal, garlic, methi, turmeric, ginger in food. —Advice Gentle hand exercises daily. Warm water fomentation 10–15 minutes. Continue rheumatologist medicines; do not stop suddenly. ----monitor ESR, CRP, RA factor, Anti-CCP, CBC, LFT, KFT.

Sitting directly under a fan or right in front of the A.C Oily, spicy, processed food. Packed food products. Sour and fermented items. Bakery items. Fried food products. Potatoes. ??Medication?? Tab. Ampachak Vati. 2 tabs twice a day before food. Tab. Sinhanad Guggul 2 tabs twice a day before food. Cap. Palsinuron 2 caps twice a day before food. Cap. Arnopen 2 caps twice a day before food Syp. Dashmoolarishta 3 tsp twice a day before food with warm water. Castor Oil. 3 tsp at bed time with a cup of hot water. Sahacharadi Tailam For application on joints and hot fomentation after oil application.
