When Asthi Dhatu becomes weak, symptoms such as: Generalized bone pain (Asthi Shoola) Weakness and instability while walking Cracking joints Increased fracture risk may occur. —Rx: 1) Tab. Lakshadi Guggulu 2 tabs twice daily after food. 2) Tab. Praval Panchamrit 250 mg twice daily after food. 3) Ashwagandha Churna 3 g with warm milk (or suitable alternative) at bedtime. 4) Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tab twice daily after food (if pain and stiffness are prominent). 5) Ksheerbala Taila or Mahanarayana Taila gentle abhyanga daily. —Diet: Warm, nourishing meals. Sesame seeds (til), almonds, ragi, green leafy vegetables. Adequate protein and calcium-rich foods. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, cold foods, and fasting. —Lifestyle: Daily sunlight exposure (15–20 min). Gentle walking and balance exercises under supervision to reduce fall risk.
