My bones are very weak and I keep having pain in joints here and there. Even my toe muscles feel stretched and pains at times. Is Hadjod the correct solution?

Based on your symptoms, Hadjod may be helpful for supporting bone health, especially if there is a history of previous injury. However, Hadjod alone may not completely address your problem. ----Since you have been experiencing bone and joint pains for more than 6 months, have low calcium intake, and lead a sedentary lifestyle, the symptoms may also be related to calcium deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, muscle weakness, or the after-effects of an old injury. ----I would advise: • Hadjod Capsule – 1 capsule twice daily after food. • Lakshadi Guggulu – 2 tablets twice daily after food with warm water. • Ashwagandha Churna – 3 grams at bedtime with warm milk. ----Diet and lifestyle: • Increase calcium-rich foods such as milk, curd, paneer, sesame seeds (til), ragi, and almonds. • Take early morning sunlight exposure for 15–20 minutes daily. • Start regular walking and gentle exercises to strengthen bones and muscles. • Maintain good hydration. ----It would also be beneficial to check Vitamin D, Calcium, and Vitamin B12 levels, as deficiencies can commonly cause bone, muscle, and joint pains. ----If pain increases, swelling develops, or you experience recurrent fractures, please consult
