Fracture ke baad overpronation, flat foot, stiffness aur limping hona muscle weakness aur Vata vriddhi ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Regular ankle physiotherapy, strengthening exercises, arch support footwear aur taila abhyanga (Mahanarayan taila) faydemand rahega. Thandi cheezein, zyada walking/standing aur strain avoid karein. Dheere-dheere improvement aata hai. ----Rx-30 days then follow up 1) Tab. Lakshadi Guggulu – 2 tab BD after food 2) Tab. Mahayograj Guggulu – 1 tab BD after food 3) Dashmool Kwath – 15 ml + equal warm water BD before food 4) Mahanarayan Taila local abhyanga + mild nadi sweda daily —Advice: Use arch support footwear, continue ankle physiotherapy & strengthening exercises. Avoid excessive walking, running, jumping, cold exposure and long standing. Warm diet & Vata-shamak ahar advised. — go with ishitka seeds also

Bahya Chikitsa (External Applications) ​Stiffness aur limping ko kam karne ke liye sabse behtar upay hai Snehana (oil massage) aur Swedana (fomentation). ••​Murivenna Thailam ya Kottamchukkadi Thailam: In dono me se koi bhi ek tel halka gunguna karke poore takhne (ankle), pede (foot), aur kaaf muscles (pindliyon) par halke haath se niche ki taraf stroke dete hue maalish karein. 15-20 minute tak tel ko sookhne dein. ••​Patra Pinda Sweda (Potali Sek): Maalish ke baad Nirgundi, Eranda (castor), aur Arka ke patton ko chote tukdon me kaat kar, thode se tel aur sendha namak ke sath kadhai me halka sek lein. Inhe ek kapde me baandhkar potali banayein aur isse ankle joint par sek karein. •​Alternative: Agar patte na milein, to gungune paani me Sendha Namak (Rock Salt) aur Dashamoola Choorna dalkar usme 10-15 minute tak per ko duba kar rakhein (Janu/Pada Avagaha). ​2. Abhyantara Chikitsa (Oral Ayurvedic Medicines) ​Asthi (bone) aur Sandhi (joint) ko andar se mazbooti dene ke liye yeh aushadhiyaan bohot asardaar hain: ••​Lakshadi Guggulu / Gandha Thailam Capsules: 1-1 goli din me do baar khane ke baad gungune paani ya doodh ke sath lein. Yeh bones aur ligaments ko healing power deti hain. ••​Rasnadi Kwath ya Dhanwantharam Kashayam: 15 ml kashayam ko 15 ml gungune paani me milakar subah aur shaam khaali pet lein. Yeh stiffness aur dard (Vata) ko jad se kam karega. ••​Ashwagandha Choorna: Ek chammach (3g) raat ko sote samay gungune doodh ke sath lein taaki muscles ki weakness door ho. ​3. Flat Feet aur Overpronation ka Management ​Ankle fracture ke baad jab ligament laxity (kamzori) aati hai, to arch baith jata hai. Iske liye: •​Medial Arch Supports / Orthotic Insoles: Aap jo bhi footwear pehanti hain, usme Custom Arch Support Insoles lagwayein. Yeh aapke foot ko andar jhukne (overpronation) se rokega, jisse knee aur hip par galat pressure nahi aayega aur limping jaldi theek hogi. •​Footwear Selection: Ghar ke andar bhi bilkul flat ya nange per na chalein. Soft, cushioned aur acchi heel support wali chappal ya joote pehniye. ​4. Pathya (Diet & Lifestyle) •​Aahar (Diet): Apne khane me ghee, til ka tel (sesame oil), gunguna doodh, aur garam-taja khana shamil karein. Calcium aur Vitamin D3 rich foods lein. •​Apathya (Avoid): Thandi cheezein (ice cream, freeze ka paani), baasi khana, chana, rajma, aur urad dal jaisi cheezein na khayein kyunki yeh Vata aur stiffness ko badhati hain.
