Iam suffering from ankolysis spondlytis. How can i recover from it and my sitting posture is also not good. how to improve that and how to avoid bad habit of mobile.

Ankylosing spondylitis mein regular movement aur posture correction bahut important hai. Long sitting aur excessive mobile use stiffness ko aur badha dete hain. Do this daily: Morning stretching + spine exercises Avoid sitting continuously >30 mins Sleep on firm mattress Keep mobile at eye level, not bent neck posture Reduce screen time gradually Walking, swimming, and yoga (Bhujangasana, Tadasana) help improve flexibility and posture. Medicines: Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml twice daily with warm water Ashwagandha churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with milk Support: Warm sesame oil massage on back Hot fomentation for stiffness Consistency is the key in this condition.
