मेरे पैर मे काफी 6 महीनो से पैर मे काफी दर्द होता रहता है जो दर्द के कारण मै चल नही पता हु मुझे दवा और मालिश करने या लगाने वाली दवा या तेल या कोई टानिक के बारे मे बताये जिससे मै ठिक हो जाऊ

एक आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक (Ayurvedic Doctor) के नाते, मैं आपको एक संपूर्ण चिकित्सा योजना (चिकित्सा सूत्र) समझा रहा हूँ, जिसमें बाह्य तेल, आंतरिक औषधियाँ और आवश्यक सलाह शामिल हैं। ​1. बाह्य चिकित्सा: मालिश और लेप (External Application) ​वात को शांत करने और पैरों की जकड़न (stiffness) व दर्द को कम करने के लिए आयुर्वेदिक तेलों से मालिश (अभ्यंग) और स्वेदन (सेक) सबसे कारगर है। ••​महानारायण तेल (Mahanarayan Taila) या विषगर्भ तेल (Maha Vishgarbha Taila): •​उपयोग विधि: तेल को हल्का गुनगुना करें। पैर के प्रभावित हिस्से और जोड़ों पर हल्के हाथों से (बिना ज्यादा दबाव दिए) नीचे से ऊपर की ओर मालिश करें। ••​सेक (Swedana): मालिश के 15-20 मिनट बाद दशमूल काढ़े की भाप से या फिर कपड़े में सेंधा नमक और अजवाइन बांधकर (पोटली बनाकर) सूखा सेक करें। इससे तेल गहराई तक सोखता है और जकड़न खुलती है। ​रुमालय जेल (Rumalaya Gel) या डॉ. ऑर्थो तेल: यदि आपको तेल से मालिश करने में असुविधा हो, तो आप इसे हल्के हाथ से लगा सकते हैं। ​2. आंतरिक औषधियाँ: दर्द और सूजन कम करने के लिए (Oral Medications) ​यह औषधियाँ वात का शमन करेंगी और पैरों की नसों व हड्डियों को ताकत देंगी। ••​सिंहनाद गुग्गुल (Simhanada Guggulu) या योगराज गुग्गुल (Yogaraj Guggulu): •​मात्रा: 2-2 गोली सुबह और शाम। •​अनुपान (किसके साथ लें): गुनगुने पानी या रास्नादि काढ़े (Rasnadi Kwath) के साथ, भोजन के आधे घंटे बाद। ••​एकांगवीर रस (Ekangveer Ras) या महावातविध्वंसन रस (Mahavatavidhwansan Ras): ​मात्रा: 1-1 गोली सुबह-शाम (यदि दर्द नसों की कमजोरी या साइटिका जैसा महसूस होता है)। ••​अश्वगंधा चूर्ण (Ashwagandha Churna) - आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक के रूप में: ​यह हड्डियों और मांसपेशियों को ताकत देने का सबसे बेहतरीन टॉनिक है। ••​मात्रा: 3 से 5 ग्राम (आधा चम्मच) रात को सोते समय गुनगुने दूध के साथ लें। ​3. खान-पान और जीवनशैली में बदलाव (Pathya-Apathya) ••​क्या खाएं (Pathya): हमेशा गुनगुना और ताजा भोजन करें। भोजन में घी, तिल का तेल और लहसुन का प्रयोग बढ़ाएं। अदरक और मेथी दाने का पानी वात को कम करता है। ••​क्या न खाएं (Apathya): वात बढ़ाने वाले खाद्य पदार्थ जैसे - ठंडी चीजें, बासी भोजन, उड़द की दाल, राजमा, छोले, गोभी, भिंडी, और खट्टे-ठंडे दही से पूरी तरह परहेज करें। ​सावधानी: पैरों को ठंडी हवा (AC या कूलर की सीधी हवा) से बचाकर रखें।
