Which oil is good in case of ankolysis spondlytis to reduce pain, inflamation and stiffness. Additionally what should be my diet plan in this disease and how to maintian this issue. Additionally for my eyesight what can be best way to improve them. at least for 10-12 spent on screen due to work with computer lense. what can be goodway as per aayurveda.

For Ankylosing Spondylitis in Ayurveda it is commonly managed on Vata-Kapha dominant Aamavata/Gambhira Vata lines.
