Both of My feet across the top on the arch are swollen and sore, and When I wake up in the morning they are sore and stiff, what canI do to help stop this

Swelling, soreness, and morning stiffness in both feet can be due to arthritis, inflammation, fluid retention, gout, or other medical conditions. If symptoms persist, medical evaluation is important. Take Mahayograj Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after meals. Rasnadi Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily. Dashmoolarishta 20 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. External Mahanarayana Taila gentle massage once daily. Also: Elevate the feet when resting. Reduce excess salt intake. Check uric acid, kidney function, and inflammatory markers if not already done.

Since your symptoms have been present for 1–6 months, affect both feet, and are worse in the morning, it would be wise to also get evaluated . —Investigation Advice: CBC ESR, crp Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Anti-CCP Serum Uric Acid Thyroid Profile Blood Sugar (FBS/HbA1c) Kidney Function Test -----rx 1) Yogaraj Guggulu – 2 tabs twice daily after food. 2) Maharasnadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food. 3) Punarnavadi mandoor– 2 tab twice daily before food (if swelling is prominent). 4) Mahanarayana Taila – Local application with gentle massage followed by warm fomentation twice daily. ----Advice: Avoid cold foods/drinks, excessive salt, prolonged standing, and maintain regular gentle stretching of the feet. Follow up if swelling or stiffness persists.

Instead, start with dry heat. ••​How to do it: Take clean sand or coarse salt, wrap it in a clean cotton cloth to make a pouch (Pottali), heat it on a dry pan, and gently ferment the top of your feet. ​Benefit: This helps digest local Ama, liquefies Kapha, and immediately reduces morning stiffness and swelling. ​Lepa (Herbal Paste) ​Applying a soothing herbal paste over the arch of the feet before bedtime can significantly reduce morning soreness. ••​Dashanga Lepa: Mix Dashanga Lepa powder with a little warm water or castor oil to form a paste. Apply a thin layer across the top of the arches, leave it on for 45 minutes (or until dry), and wash it off with lukewarm water. ••​Alternative: A simple paste of Dry Ginger powder (Sunthi) and Turmeric (Haridra) with warm water works as an excellent anti-inflammatory. ••​Dhanyamla Dhara / Dashamoola Parisheka ​Pouring a warm herbal decoction over the affected area is highly effective for bilateral foot swelling. ••​Boil Dashamoola Kwatha (decoction of ten roots) or use warm water infused with Saindhava Lavana (rock salt) and a pinch of Alum (Sphatika). Gently pour this over your feet for 10–15 minutes in the evening. ​2. Internal Ayurvedic Formulations ​To address the root cause, internal purification and Vata-pacifying herbs are highly recommended: ••​Kaishore Guggulu: 2 tablets twice a day, after meals, with lukewarm water.
