Is there any ayurvedic tablets are there as I am suffering from back pain (stfiffness).. Doctor suggested to take For Calcium (500mg) + Vitamin D3 (500IU)?

Take Yogaraja Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food Lakshadi Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily Dashamoola Kashayam 15 ml twice daily with warm water Mahanarayana taila massage daily on back You may continue calcium + Vitamin D3 if prescribed by your doctor. Avoid prolonged sitting, cold exposure, heavy lifting, and late night waking. Gentle stretching and sunlight exposure are beneficial.
