••आपके लक्षणों (घुटने, हाथ की उंगलियों के जोड़ों का दर्द, नस की कमजोरी और पेट का दर्द) को देखते हुए यह स्पष्ट है कि शरीर में अपान वायु (Apan Vayu - जो पेट और निचले अंगों को नियंत्रित करती है) और व्यान वायु (Vyan Vayu - जो पूरे शरीर और नसों में गति को नियंत्रित करती है) का प्रकोप हुआ है। जब पेट में गैस या आम (Am - अपाचित भोजन का विषैला तत्व) बनता है, तो वह नसों और जोड़ों में जाकर रुक जाता है, जिससे तीव्र दर्द होता है। इस स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एक संपूर्ण आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा सूत्र नीचे दिया गया है: 1. शमन चिकित्सा (आभ्यन्तर औषधि - Oral Medications) वात को शांत करने और नसों को ताकत देने के लिए निम्नलिखित क्लासिकल योग बहुत प्रभावी हैं: ••सिंहनाद गुग्गुल (Simhanad Guggulu) या त्रयोदशांग गुग्गुल (Trayodashang Guggulu): 2-2 गोली सुबह-शाम हल्के गुनगुने पानी के साथ (यह जोड़ों के दर्द और जकड़न को कम करता है)। ••महारास्नादि काढ़ा (Maharasnadi Kadha): 4 चम्मच (20 ml) काढ़ा बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ भोजन के बाद लें (यह वात रोगों की सर्वोत्तम औषधि है)। ••एकांगवीर रस (Ekangveer Ras): 1-1 रत्ती (या 1-1 गोली) सुबह-शाम शहद या गुनगुने पानी से लें, यह विशेष रूप से नसों की कमजोरी (Nerve Problems) में अद्भुत काम करता है। ••पेट के दर्द और गैस के लिए: भोजन के बाद आधा चम्मच अविपन्तिकर चूर्ण या हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण गुनगुने पानी से लें ताकि पेट साफ रहे और वात का अनुलोमन (नीचे की ओर गति) हो सके। ••बाह्य चिकित्सा (External Therapies & Oils) जोड़ों और नसों की ड्राईनेस (रुक्षता) को दूर करने के लिए स्नेहन (तेल मालिश) और स्वेदन (सिकाई) अनिवार्य है। ••महाविषगर्भ तेल (Mahavishgarbha Taila) या प्रसारिणी तेल (Prasarini Taila): इसे हल्का गुनगुना करके घुटनों, उंगलियों और प्रभावित नसों पर हल्के हाथ से मालिश करें (हड्डियों को ज़ोर से न दबाएं)। ••पत्र पोटली स्वेद (Herbal Poultice): मालिश के बाद निर्गुंडी या एरंड के पत्तों की पोटली से या नॉर्मल सेंधा नमक की पोटली से जोड़ों की सिकाई करें। इससे तुरंत ब्लड सर्कुलेशन सुधरता है। 3. पथ्य-अपथ्य (आहार और जीवनशैली - Diet & Lifestyle) •जब तक आपका पेट ठीक नहीं होगा, जोड़ों का दर्द पूरी तरह ठीक नहीं हो सकता। इसलिए खान-पान पर विशेष ध्यान दें: ••क्या खाएं (पथ्य): हमेशा गुनगुना पानी पिएं। भोजन में गाय का घी, लहसुन, अदरक, मेथी और हींग का प्रयोग बढ़ाएं। सुपाच्य और ताजा गर्म भोजन ही करें। ••क्या न खाएं (अपथ्य): ठंडा पानी, बासी भोजन, अत्यधिक खट्टा, फास्ट फूड, मैदा, और वात बढ़ाने वाली चीजें जैसे- उड़द की दाल, छोले, राजमा, भिंडी और दही का सेवन बिल्कुल बंद कर दें।
