Ayurveda supportive treatment se pain, stiffness, inflammation aur sleep me help mil sakti hai. ----rx 1) Yograj Guggulu — 1 tab twice daily after food 2) Maharasnadi Kwath — 15 ml + equal warm water, twice daily after food 3) Dashmoolarishta — 15 ml + equal water, after lunch/dinner 4) Ashwagandha capsule — night me, sleep aur muscle support ke liye 5) Lakshadi Guggulu — 2 tab twice daily after meal —External therapy Kati Basti with Mahanarayan Taila / Sahacharadi Taila Patra Pinda Sweda / Nadi Sweda for stiffness Daily gentle taila massage, but acute severe pain me deep massage avoid. ----Lifestyle Long sitting avoid; har 30–40 min me 2–3 min walk. Forward bending, weight lifting, jerky exercise avoid. Hard floor par na soyen; medium-firm mattress use karein. Physiotherapist se McKenzie / core strengthening exercises only after pain reduces.
