Take Lakshadi Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food Yograj Guggulu 1–2 tablets twice daily Mahayograj Guggulu can be used instead of multiple guggulu combinations if stiffness is severe. Dashmool oil or Mahanarayan oil massage daily with mild hot fomentation. Avoid Cold water Curd at night Excess sour foods

Agar joints me swelling, stiffness, heaviness, indigestion, coated tongue ho to pehle Aam pachan zaroori hai. —Rx: 1) maharasnadi Kwath 20 ml + 40 ml warm water, bd after food 2) Yograj Guggulu 2 tab bd after food with warm water 3) Rasna Saptak Kwath tab 2 tab bd before food (agar stiffness/swelling zyada ho) 4) dashmoolarishta 15–20 ml + equal water, bd after food 5) mahanarayan Taila Local application once daily, followed by mild hot fomentation (agar swelling/redness/heat na ho) —Already taking: Lakshadi Guggulu / Shankh Guggulu / Akangveer Ras— change it with prescribed one —Allopathic medicines ke saath gap: 2–3 hours. ----Pathya-Apathya: Warm water, light warm food, moong dal, lauki/tori, ginger/garlic.
