I was diagnosedwith cervical, I have pain on my arm from past 2 weeks. I also have knee pain and I feel lethargicmost of the times.

Cervical spondylosis can cause arm pain due to nerve compression. Knee pain and lethargy may also be associated with vitamin D/B12 deficiency, arthritis or muscle weakness. Take Yogaraj Guggulu 2 tablets Twice daily after food Mahayograj Guggulu 1 tablet Morning and evening after meals Ashwagandha churna 5 gm At night with warm milk External: Apply warm Mahanarayan Taila on neck, arm and knees twice daily. Hot fomentation for 10–15 minutes. Avoid: Long mobile use, high pillow, sudden neck movements, excessive stairs.
