I have premature ejaculation problem when ever I sex I discharge very quickly I tried but still I facing problem But I had hard eraction when I go for intercourse but very quickly I discharge I need you consultation and please suggest any medicine

Avoid Alcohol, tea, coffee Denatured foods, Processed foods. Foods which contain high amounts of white sugar or white flour.

Take following medicines 1. Tab shilapravanya 2-0-2 before food with warm milk 2. Akarkarabhadi vati 2tab+ Jatiphaladi vati 2tab + Ashvagandha churna 2gm+ Shuddha kuchla 30mg Mix it well 1-0-1 after food digestion with ghrita and honey 3. Srigopala taila for local application 2 times a day 4. Makardhvaja 125 mg 1-0-1 after food digestion

Firstly, on the dietary aspect, it’s beneficial to include foods that are nourishing and grounding. Opt for warm, cooked meals and avoid excessively spicy or fried foods which may aggravate pitta. Include nuts like almonds and seeds such as pumpkin seeds which are nutritious and strength-building. Dairy products like milk and ghee are good for pacifying vata dosha.

Herbal supplements could be quite supportive; Ashwagandha is well-known for its strength-building properties, helping in both calming the mind and supporting the reproductive tissues. Take about 1 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk, preferably at bedtime. Additionally, Shilajit and Safed Musli are excellent for enhancing stamina; you can take these in tablet form, following the dosage recommended by a qualified practitioner.
