Having a pain in the testicles in 5 days - #23133

I have been facing the issue of pain on my testicles since 5 days and it is getting little bit millimeter of large iron size and I got a vomit after eating two eggs and energy drink with 40 mg caffeine and after just vomiting I had a pain on my testicles down side and day after tomorrow I am having pain since now
