I am 21 and I have been doing prone masturbationfor 8 years (including today) My penis is shrinking, it was 7.5 inch length and 5.5 inch diameter like 3 years, now it's 5 inch length and 4.5 inch diameter. I am chubby/overweight too, i am know i needto lose weight but i don't know how to get back to my size. Please help me out
