Facing erection issue from last 1 and half year - #26855

I am facing erectionossuefromlast one and half year. Can someone advise me pills which works like magic. I was having deficiency of vitamin D and B 12butI am taking supplement of it. I am also thinkingto tale L citrulline but can you pls advise what need to be done

Start with Divya Cap. Ashwashila 1-0-1 Divya youvanamrit gold 0-0-1 at bedtime with milk Apply ashwagandha bala oil/ Shilajit oil on penis externally twice daily . Have light dinner and early dinner.

Hello Shubham, first of all, ayurveda is a science,not some magic but yes it does miraculous effect to some people. And also please don’t self medicate because a lot of products related to your problems are sold for profit and can be really harmful if not taken under medical supervision. Don’t worry, every 1 out of 10 males in India suffer from ED and early ejaculation . With proper ayurvedic treatment plan ,this issue can be resolved. Treatment - 1. Chandraprabha vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meal 3. Shilajit sat- 2 drops in milk at bedtime 4. Medha vati-1-0-1 after meal 5. Baidyanath Vita EX oil - For local application and massage.

ED and other sexual problems usually have more than one cause including cardiovascular causes, psychological causes , unhealthy lifestyle.

Diet- Eat dates, raisins, soaked and peeled almonds. Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide levels include: Green leafy vegetables Citrus fruits Nuts and seeds Pomegranates Garlic
