Hasthmethun yaani ki baar-baar hasta maithun ki prakriya se shayad aapke shareer mein vata dosh ka santulan bigada hua hai. 4. Nourishing Diet: Apne aahaar mein taila, ghrit, badam, akhrot aur nutritious khadyapadarthon ko shamil kar aur junk food se duri banaye. Yeh sab ab bhi dhatuon ki poshan mein sahayak honge.
5. Meditation and Pranayama: Pratidin vyayam aur pranayama se sharir mein energy aur concentration ki bharai ko samujhliya ja sakta hai.
