Stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, excessive alcohol consumption ya kisi specific pathological condition ke vajah se ho sakta hai. Agar aapko kisi or medical condition ke symptoms nahi hain, toh dhyan dena hoga apne lifestyle par.

Ayurved ke mutabik, vata dosha ki asantulan erection dysfunction ka ek mukhya karan ho sakta hai. Isko balance karne ke liye, aap Apan Vayu ko sahi karna chahiye.
